1. 老實人Chris Horner 表示：我不相信壯爺有作弊



他很嚴正的指出：I don’t believe Armstrong has cheated in any way to win those victories and he’s gone through an insane amount of testing. Do we have pictures of it? Video or testing? Because without that you really don’t have anything.

其實如果壯爺真的使用禁藥而逃過每次的查緝，我只能說美帝科技真的超厲害！

支持，鼓勵，協助，唆使其他共謀違反禁藥條例

-- Aggravating circumstances which would justify a longer period of ineligibility than the standard sanction.
