The ideal moment would be after a peak of form: he needs three weeks of specific training to get used to the track. 感想：
4.1. 不只快，穩而且順才是職業車手的本色，我不穩不順不快
4.2. 我還是太肥
4.3. 練多少表現就多少，昨天的南瓜現象極度明顯，越了身體的界就直接被刷卡開掉
