竟然因為Fuglsang 對外公開明年不會待在這裡，並跟Riis 接觸
就把他凍起來，不讓他在今年剩下的World Tour 賽事中上場，免得他贏了比賽拿積分拿去貢獻給別隊
Fuglsang 表示：
Bruyneel simply will not give me the chance to score points the rest of the year. I asked him directly if it also means I don't ride the Vuelta a Espana, and he confirmed it.
It is sad that RadioShack thinking more on points than on results. Good results in WorldTour races are important for the team, and WorldTour points are highly important for me because they help to keep my market value. I am disappointed that I will be punished in this way.
I will ride my contract out and that will be it. Now I will just do as well as I can in the races I am allowed to ride.
It was perhaps not smart to have commented on my situation, but where are we then? One should be allowed to speak his mind without having sporting consequences.

目前日本唯一以長野線飯田市為根據地的地區性自行車競賽隊「BonneChance飯田」，以福島晉一為首，目的在於培育以及發掘具有環法資質的年輕選手
隊伍未來遠景：
4.1. 以培育可參加環法之選手為目標
4.2. 藉由自行車建立超越地區、國家的良好人際關係
4.3. 以自行車活動和根據地飯田市民進行交流，帶動地區活性化
