2. 跑好criterium race 的訣竅

就Q 半仙比較台灣與澳洲的騎車練車經驗，台灣主辦單位以及各大小俱樂部對於繞圈賽實在不重視...沒有好場地也是原因啦

但繞圈繞得好，就有機會上高層次車隊要飯啊

看看每年的世界錦標公路賽，都是繞大圈

看看這些訣竅，沒幾個是要把自己操的半死...都是心理建設以及須知，Q 半仙真的很推繞圈賽，對於俱樂部騎士絕對是一個好的開始，而想要學習更進階比賽策略以及技巧的人也可以從中獲益

TJ 威風八面，拿下單站

以1m47s 位居GC 1，黃衫地位更穩固了，頒獎台上抱著他初生的女兒：放心，爸爸會幫你賺很多尿布錢的～～

HD Feng Chun Kai (Tpe) Champion System Pro Cycling Team

What is HD in cycling？

hors delai (HD)= 法文，意思是out of time

據說是機械故障...殘念...

Team Champion System 在臉書上表示：Team manager Ed Beamon explains why Kai Feng did missed the time cut in AToC. Because of the unusual an complicated layout of the TT course, we were not able to follow all of the riders with support cars. Kai's start was in the middle of the rotation and we could not get a car back fast enough to follow so he was riding without direct support. Although there were neutral service stations along the course, Kai had a mechanical problem when a part broke, and he was stranded without support. He had to walk back to the finish to get another bike. He lost a lot of time getting the spare bike and ultimately finished outside the time limit. Although it was a mechanical that caused the slow time, the chief official would not allow an exception and insisted on enforcing his status as DNF. This is a great disappointment for the team as Kai has been riding very strong for the team all week, but we must respect the ruling of the UCI officials.

今天，場子全給早早攻擊出去的馮俊凱！！

沿海強陣風，把peloton 截成一群群echelon，TJ 也在這一群裡

黃衫Janier Acevedo (Jamis-Hagens Berman) 在後使不上力，心中暗叫不妙

最後52.5km，追上兔子群

領便當收工前，大家握握手：該打的杖打了，當跑得路盡了...

這群不能叫兔子，已經是獵豹等級了

最後5km，Jens Voigt 攻擊

奮力進終點

縮缸的痛苦換來單飛勝

TJ 如願以償，穿上黃衫

馮俊凱最後落後一分多鐘，第18 名進終點，Well Done！！

馮俊凱今天第63 名進終點，無時間差

DCM 宣佈抽手，Vacansoleil 也確定不完了；車隊經營層級乾脆宣佈在環法之前把贊助商都換掉！...有沒有這麼刺激啊！！

吉貝退賽...因為他老婆要生第二胎了：My wife is going to have our baby sooner than the delivery date. So it’s an exciting reason and very important for me to be there.

賽後，沙公把這一站的勝利獻給昨天熱衰竭退賽的隊友Mauro da Dalto：I'm happy I could win here another time. I like California and I think the people like me. I'm here for my fans, but I want to dedicate this victory to my teammate Mauro da Dalto who was very bad yesterday with heat attack and was taken to the hospital. I was happy I could take this victory for him.

兔子群在第一個衝刺點(＠13km) 之後成型：James Stemper (5 Hour Energy), Zak Dempster (NetApp-Endura) ,Marsh Cooper (Optum)

Peloton 輕輕拂過美國西部

史妹毫無壓力的聊著天

Timmy Duggan (Saxo-Tinkoff) 傷癒復出

BMC 帶著peloton 在山道裡迂迴

吉貝開掉了...

最後的坡，接近坡頂，沙公也開掉了

還剩17km，Michael Rogers (Saxo-Tinkoff)攻擊，竟然帶出史妹！！！！

不過，Marc de Maar (UnitedHealthcare) 出頭河蟹

最後的平路，終於抓回僅剩的兔子

最後5km，走了Lieuwe Westra (Vacansoleil-DCM)，Franciso Mancebo (5-Hour Energy p/b Kenda) 也跟上雙飛

拳怕少壯，Lieuwe Westra (Vacansoleil-DCM) 技壓Franciso Mancebo (5-Hour Energy p/b Kenda) 拿下單站

他賽後表示：I was actually dropped on the last climb, the legs were not so good. But I came back and saw a lot of teams with only one or two riders. I said why not, I'll attack. I was lucky to have Mancebo with me, he was really strong. In last kilometer, I played it hard, but you will win when you play it hard.

馮俊凱代表Champion System 參加，落後10m44s，以第98 名進終點...隊上三員跟緊集團進終點...算護衛有功...
