1. 對於威鯨爵士要出席今年北方地獄高峰會，坎爺表示：Why...

威鯨爵士面對Paris-Roubaix，最佳戰績是2009 年25th...


威鯨爵士表示：Roubaix has a special charm. Among the classics, it’s the one best suited to my characteristics. I’m no longer as light as I was in 2012, I’m a few kilogrammes heavier. I’m more powerful. I’m convinced I can do well in Roubaix for a very simple reason: When you face the pavé it’s like you’re racing a time trial.

坎爺表示：Wiggins? Why? Of course he’s welcome. Everyone is welcome to Roubaix. Everyone. Even Quintana is welcome. I know he put on eight kilogrammes. He does not look like a Tour competitor anymore, I’ve seen that. He’s building up for being another type of rider. You take my ‘He’s welcome to this race’ in two different ways, as a joke or as a serious comment. I don’t want to go into details about what he could do. I said everyone is welcome. I could also challenge myself [to become a classification rider]. But that’s not who I am. It’s not my challenge. When I see Quintana and other riders who will have to compete for the Tour over the cobbles… OK, I’ll be different at the Tour than it is at Roubaix but it’s going to hurt.

不是從某一場比賽撤出來而已，要好一陣子都不上場...把Sergio Henao 送回他的家鄉Riogengro, Colombia 作一連串的測試與研究

原因是從去年10 月Sergio Henao 回Riogengro, Colombia 老家之後，生物護照開始測出異常

於是Sky 就把他送回Riogengro, Colombia，研究調查長住高海拔到底會對人體有什麼影響...要停賽八週...

這是Sky 第二個因為生物護照異常而停賽的車手，第一位是Jonathan Tiernan-Locke...而他從去年世錦賽就被停賽，也停止隨隊訓練，直到反禁藥公聽會結束...

希望Sergio Henao 真的是那萬中種選一的奇才...而不是...

4. 現代造車工藝讓車架幾何有了不同的解讀



拿這四個來討論

4.1. Trail：頭管角與前叉rake 決定出來的數據；trail 越大轉向反應越慢，反之則越快

4.2. Bottom bracket drop：越低操控性越好，但太低會讓邊轉彎邊踩踏的踏板磨到地面；越高越難使用核心做出反舵殺彎

4.3. Chain stay length：越長車子爬坡更有效率，殺彎越穩；而短鍊支叉時因為1960-1970 左右車手開始因為運動科學越來越強，材料科技跟不上所導致，但現在複合材的強大，讓車架設計者不需要削足適履

4.4. Stem length and position：越低越長越穩...當然，騎士柔軟度以及臂長是另一個考慮重點

康爺的TT 能力已經好一陣子上不了前三甲，但夠好了！Hold 住GC 1，甚至再拉開一點GC 2 的差距絕對沒問題




1997 Ullrich 之後，GC 爭冠三要素：長坡陡坡能力強，TT 夠好 {這兩點可以互換(特別是殷度蘭的環法五連霸以及莫再提的阿母司特朗)但近年成功的也只有嗨假屌以及威鯨爵士...}，轎夫素質高



去年泥巴裡在Tirreno-Adriatico 殺得屍橫遍野，環義也輕鬆披上Maglia Rosa...看來康爺換了新教練，又將重返巔峰，關鍵字：Steven de Jongh

賽後康爺表示：I spoke to Nairo at the foot of the Passo Lanciano. Soon after the start, he had no team left. I still had Kreuziger. I thought the best strategy was to stay on Nairo’s wheel and then attack at the end of the stage, but instead I managed to open a gap. I’m happy because I was able to build a good advantage and stay away to the finish. I’m in good shape, and confident, hence the long attack today.My preparation has been stress-free this winter. I have isolated myself a bit, I’ve turned down any commitments that could have taken time out from training. I’ve ridden many metres of climbing in training camps, and I’ve kept my mouth closed to keep my weight down, which becomes harder as you get older. You saw the results today, although the year has just begun, and I’m still lacking some race rhythm. My weight is good, but I still need to give my legs the tone they need for my big objectives later in the season......如果康爺參加環義，Q 半仙會押他
